That time of year again. Kinda gave up on them but it’s a good watershed moment to have a think at least.
Mine is to get out everyday for some exercise and another is to try a ditch all bad habits.
What are your goals and personal aspirations for 2025? |

Less work, more me time. That may involve a career change or not...
I took very little time off this year and worked too many late evenings & weekends.
Totally unlike me and just completely burnt me out. |

Get a proper work life balance I've worked 52 weeks of the year last 9 years bar 1 week when I was in hospital
I've promised my kids to change this (they grown up now just want me to have a holiday..obvs not with them but they say its embarrassing I've not been on a plane in 10 years🤣🤣) |

Give up smoking would be the biggest life changing thing i want to do. Suspect I'll need hipnosis (can't spell it properly because of Fab rules)to do it so recommendations in Leinster are, of folks you know are successful at this, would be appreciated.
Also need to start exercising and stop drinking.
Would like to be a much healthier person by the end of 2025 with more money in my pocket |
