Our workplace is doing a healthy eating week when we going back. Apparently anyway we’re getting fresh fruit delivered daily for the first week free. I put on weight in the winter time due to my own work but seems to fall off again in the summer time |

Done a 6km walk today and will do another tomorrow after work me thinks as can't actually get into the gym properly till new years and want to enjoy my food guilt free
