Just to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas & New Year .
It’s a tough & lonely time for some people for different reasons over this festive season, But please please 🙏 do not feel alone… if for any reason you need to chat with someone or need advice no matter how small it is don’t be afraid to talk to someone on here . There are good people on here who will listen and offer help or advise without judgement.

If someone can just help one person no matter how small it is and make them feel better or take them out of that dark hole 🕳
It’s one person more who knows that never be afraid to talk or ask for help in a situation
Sometimes talking to a complete stranger is better than talking to family .
Can offer advice without judging or knowing background or circumstances.
