Here are some possible reasons for weak erections:
Physical Causes
* Vascular Disease: Conditions like atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) can narrow blood vessels, reducing blood flow to the penis.
* Diabetes: Nerve damage and poor blood flow associated with diabetes can contribute to erectile dysfunction (ED).
* High Blood Pressure: Uncontrolled high blood pressure can damage blood vessels, leading to ED.
* High Cholesterol: High cholesterol levels can contribute to atherosclerosis, affecting blood flow to the penis.
* Obesity: Excess weight can lead to hormonal imbalances and other health issues that contribute to ED.
* Medication Side Effects: Certain medications, including antidepressants, antihistamines, and blood pressure medications, can cause ED as a side effect.
* Peyronie's Disease: This condition causes the development of scar tissue in the penis, which can lead to pain, curvature, and ED.
* Surgery or Injury: Pelvic surgery or injury to the penis, spinal cord, or pelvic nerves can damage the nerves or blood vessels involved in erections.
* Hormonal Imbalances: Low testosterone levels can contribute to ED.
Psychological Causes
* Stress and Anxiety: Excessive stress and anxiety can interfere with sexual arousal and performance.
* Depression: Depression can affect libido and sexual function.
* Relationship Problems: Relationship issues, including lack of intimacy or communication, can contribute to ED.
* Performance Anxiety: Fear of sexual failure can lead to anxiety and difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection.
Other Causes
* Smoking: Smoking damages blood vessels and can contribute to ED.
* Excessive Alcohol Consumption: Heavy alcohol use can impair sexual function.
* Drug Use: Certain drugs, including cocaine and marijuana, can affect sexual performance.
* Sleep Disorders: Sleep apnea and other sleep disorders can disrupt sleep and contribute to ED.
It's important to note that this is not an exhaustive list, and the underlying cause of weak erections can vary from person to person. If you are experiencing persistent problems with erections, it's important to see a doctor to determine the cause and discuss treatment options.

If you have a body problem be it your brain or your dick see your doctor
It's not embarrassing for them and it's usually a bigger problem in your head that it will be when you sit down to discuss it
Apart from that according to every single thread I've ever read on here it's not a problem for most women on here if it happens during a meet
It happens ...there's lots of other things that can be done with each other to have great sex

Try taking aswangada for a month. Its a herbal supplement I take for work as it improves focus and energy.
It also makes u want to fuck like a teenager again and rock solid. Helps naturally boost testosterone production. |

Have your bloods done and make sure they include a full hormone panel. You need to know your testosterone numbers. I'd start there. With lots of guys, the hardness can go even when the drive is there. Every guy is different. Start with that. DM me if you have any questions. |
