Does this happen to anyone else are is it just me it gets annoying u get chatting to plp near by are maybe the next town away they ask for pics which I've no problem sharing I always do then bang it's a block are your not my type then a block I'm discreet as it comes I'm not going to shout from the roof tops who on here and who not but it gets annoying and very childish in my eyes anyhow rant over 😊 |

I get what ya saying but u took me up wrong I'd see into it been blocked if I was been a wanker are nasty but it's abit petty abd childish they look for a pic then block ya some off them reply no thanks your 2 local and then block ya it can be annoying that's all |

Are you complaining because they don't share their pictures with you after you shared yours?
Do you think that possibly you might know each other already, even maybe being related, or had some previous encounters?
Maybe you need to look at how you share and what you expect, before you share.
There have been countless treads about people feeling insecure that someone local has contacted them due to recognizing something from a picture. You seem to have the opposite opinion and send pictures of yourself to locals , which you are entitled to, but if they haven't offered the same , you can't expect sympathy on here.
Just my opinion from what you've shared here.
Plus any post that complains on here without completing self reflection gets pretty much hammered.

I block locals, no interest in meeting anyone local. Have had a few messages from local profiles saying they recognise me and seen me in a local shop. Not creepy at all.
Thank theirs the married guys who reckon they are discreet , looking for a fwb , no interest in been a married guys bit on the side

You got a reply from them saying 2 local? Well that's more than I would have given I wouldn't have given you a reply. If I recognised you or discovered you lived very close by (Fermanagh is a big county) I'd just hit the block button.
It's not personal.

I see nothing wrong with blocking.
It's everyone individual choice.
Some people worry about privacy and get nervous when the other person is from the locality.
So dont take it as a reflection on you just move on.. |

Is it possible that from the pics you sent that the person/persons have actually had an interaction with you in real life like work or wherever. They are just doing it to protect their and your privacy. Sometimes people don't want to meet anyone within a certain radius of their house as a safety buffer |
