I've started doing Abs recently, they aren't too bad, it's shoulder press that scares my rotator cuffs legit just looking at the machines give me a scare
Using shoulder press while trying to resolve a rotator cuff issue was literally a pain. Have taken a break and just doing shoulder stretching instead....and it works.
