"I'm always early, and if I'm nit at least 10mins early then I feel like I'm late. I hate being late. And it really bugs me when people are late. 😡"
Pretty much this.
I can't deal with people who's default setting is always turning up late and think it's OK. |

I'm sometimes there an hour before I'm supposed to be but if I'm meeting a customer it's usually 15 or 20 minutes before the agreed time.
I've no time(pun intended) for anyone who thinks it's acceptable to always be late or thinks the person they are meeting should lighten up a bit.
I've only ever been late for a meeting once and that was even with allowing myself an extra hour and getting held up in roadworks. |

I used to be incredibly organised, hated having to rush and was always ridiculously early. In recent years though I'm becoming dreadful, always rushing at the last minute and bolting out the door. I hate it |

All the people here that show up early don't seem to mind waiting on the other person or don't mind waiting to start work. If I'm meeting someone at 9, I'm there at 9. If I'm starting work at 8,I'm there at 8.I'll always try make sure I'm on time and if something does happen which causes me to be a few minutes late I always call and explain. Likewise,if the person I'm meeting is running a bit late it's no bother...life gets in the way sometimes. |

I used to be a very punctual person, then when I moved back to Ireland, I realised the wisdom of Charlie Haughey's words "Ireland is a country where you can waste a lot of time being punctual", and adjusted my mindset accordingly. |

Handy to see who the late ones are and block them 🤣
I definately mind waiting and will wait 10/15 mins and if no call or message I'm gone. Everyone gets caught up sometimes but your time is not any more important than mine. |

"Are you one of those people that's constantly late for everything or one of those that get ready on time, allow a few minutes extra for delays and are usually on time for everything
"
First social i went to I was bang on time, normally I'm a few minutes late - but I was the only one there so thought I was in the wrong place and didn't dare ask - anyway hour later loads of people and good chats |

Better get used to it "

I like to be on time. If I've agreed to meet at 11.43 then I'll be there at that time. I may arrive on site a few minutes early in which case I'll wait in the car until its time. I don't like to be at a meeting early because I don't want to feel like the person I'm meeting is late because I've been shouting waiting for them |

I am mostly on time too.
It's bugs me when people are late for no reason but laziness.
But I would sometimes you the ish time if it's busy and I am rushing between appointments so I would say I will be there around 12.30 ish and that covers me for a few minutes at least |

Same.. was always early but the older I get the later I get. Not always late arriving, but late leaving the house. It irks me |

I hate being late for anything... so I'm generally early... biggest issue is pre planning and trying to "guess the traffic" especially if I have to be in Dublin for anything.... how do ye put up with that in Dublin on a daily basis?? |

This is a fact look it up.
"People who are late typically feel less stressed, unconcerned with deadlines, and generally more relaxed. That can lead to lower blood pressure, lower risks of heart disease, greater cardiovascular health, lower risk of stroke, and lower chance of depression, all of which can prolong life."
Nice knowing you Bog you were sound !!! |

Deleted above to add,
I'm on time when it matters and maybe on time when it's chilled, but even when it's relaxed if it's only one person I'm meeting I'll be on time. I'd hate for someone to be wondering am I coming. If unavoidable I'd ring them to explain. |

Bogman,
(As you well know...)
I'm ready...I'm ready for the laughing gas
I'm ready..
I'm ready for what's next,
I'm ready to duck,
I'm ready to dive,
I'm ready to say I'm glad to be alive,
I'm ready,
I'm ready for the push, uh huh! |

Ducking and diving in that cadillac could have come in very handy. |
