That's possibly for counselling? I've just been through a 12 week programme of it (accessed through a charity) and found it very helpful and would recommend it any day.
I'm living my best life, and yes its unlikely I'd tell my parents for fear of their judgement, but other than that I've got nothing to be ashamed of.
So it's not a guilty pleasure more a good wholesome, consented and negotiated fun. |
