Over the last few months I have been doing a bit of training, stopped eating crap etc and am noticing some good results. Losing weight, body shape changing more energy etc. The main thing I'm noticing is I'm horny all the time now. Anyone else notice this? I'm not complaining lol. |

Most probably those changes on diet and the exercise had a positive effects on your testosterone level and increase on sex drive |

Exercise will increase the production of testosterone, testosterone levels effect your horniness.
Think about how horny you were as a 15/16yr old, your test would have been through the roof.
In the same way that some ladies benefit from hormone treatment around the menopause age most men would greatly benefit from TRT.
