Ok, I had a meet arranged for today and booked and paid for the hotel.
Couple ghosted two days ago and I forgot to ring and try get a voucher ect.
Long story short I’m gonna check in soon to get the keys!
Who has a fun, naughty idea that is actually possible of achieving!

Ah that's just disgraceful and extrermely bad from from them.were they verified? Had a quick look at your profile a Gentelman like yourself with so many good verifications you will have greate chances off a last minute meet. Why don't you put up a meeting in the meeting section and contact some that you meet before and see if anyone fancy a last minute meet? If no luck getting a meet organised check into the hotel relax and enjoy a few pints and a good dinner. Hope it worked out for you |

That is an absolute balls, and the main reason I am usually hesitant to book hotels. Happened to me once where they were chatting to me right up to and past the time they were supposed to be calling, kept saying running late and then just blanked.
Understand people getting nerves to an extent but is highly disrespectful and disappointing.

Think I was in the hotel you are talking about last nite nice hotel as someone else said just check in enjoy a few drinks and a nice dinner and chuck it down to experience has happened to me a few times |

Absolutely sucks I've been there more than once. Usually the only meat I see is on the meat feast pizza I eat in the hotel bed alone because of people cancelling on the day. I've learnt to make the most of the room by myself  |
