Today. Just found a pair laying around on the street. Left it where I found it. I can't figure out why it was there

Have a pair in the van. I use them all the time. It helps me see things from far away. And before anyone says it, no I'm not looking though bedroom windows

Puffins are the cutest. Took a boat trip from Doolin a couple years ago to see them.

A couple of weeks ago. Needed to send them over to the oldest as he needs them for uni and couldn't find where I'd put them so I'd remember to send them

Had a wee peek through them when I eventually found them and decided they were crap.

So if anyone can recommend a decent quality pair of binos for birds/wildlife at in or around the £100 mark (sure as there's an eye on my head he'll leave them in a bog somewhere) I'm all ears. And eyes 👀

A couple of years ago to see what was written on a pallet on a fourth story rack. Much easier then taking down said pallet and checking what it was. Work smarter not harder 😎

Your local BTO or RSPB group would have people selling off good second hand bins. They sometimes donate them to young birders worth looking on there socals. They can be expensive

Some late summer night for stargazing. An old but good quality pair of 10x50 with coated lenses which turn a dark sky into an absolute wonder. They're good enough to see fainter objects like M31.
