Im a born and bred Carlovian, never lived anywhere only Carlow, im 10mins from my home place and less than 5mins from where i was born never wants or will live anywhere else ❤️💛💚...

Had Carlow a maternity hospital when you were born???
Only laois people can say they are really born in laois if they were delivered in portlaoise general hospital maternity unit.

I'm in County Tyrone and I do like it (its very pretty) but it is frustrating because people are very in your business and not much happens here. So I spend a lot of time in Belfast because that's where it all happens. |

I love my country(ies)!!
Born in South Africa, and always been proud to say so. The country has a dark history but had made huge leaps and bounds within my lifetime to pull itself up and make moves to redeem itself.
Lived in Ireland for almost my entire life. A rich and incredibly interesting history. A resilient and determined people. My best friends. Sure, we have shitty politicians, taxes, social care, diversity tolerance, and roads, but it's home and it's up to us to make the most of our own lives.

All the people's Republic shite irritates the piss out of me.

Born in Holles St, Dublin 2. Lived in a place called Powerscourt Dublin 2. Doing a family tree at the moment and can trace my father's side back to 1848 all living in Powerscourt.
Now a culchie Dub. Lived in Australia, New York and Kilkenny but always a Dub. |

Born in Italy, I moved to Thailand then China, Greece, Thailand again, Singapore, Thailand (again) and then Ireland.
Each country I lived has a special place in my heart, good and bad memories, everything that made me who I am
Home is here in Ireland, for now.

Born in Cork raised in Dublin from 3 weeks old moved to kilkenny at 22 then mullingar at 25 Killaloe at 27 galway at 33 and now selling up in galway and moving back to Dublin
Probably kilalloe was my favourite place |

Born and reared in South Dublin. Lived in Cork for the few years of college and came back to South Dublin. Did a few months working in Italy while in college. You all live much more exciting and exotic lives than me!! |

Born in tbe Rotunda, and spent my childood living just off OConnell St. We moved out to the suburbs, as all of that part of the city was being demolished. I lived in various parts of Dublin after that as I grew up, and then many countries. I dont have an affinity with Dublin anymore, and wouldnt want to move back there. |

That happened to me . I'm fine with it though as I really like that County too and one of my grand parents came from there. I don't consider myself 'from' there but I'm still happy about it and smile when I see it on my passport |
