i travel all over

I was struck a while ago how unsuitable travelodge is in Galway for fabbing

Walked in and two guys were infront of me immediately at reception asking me if I needed help . There was no one in the bar . One of them walked over to serve me . Was watched within an inch of my life

Any other no go venues around the country for fabbing , whether it’s a social or a hotel meet ?

Travelodges are really uncomfortable. They feel like a jail or student accommodation!

around

For a hotel meet I find the killishin hotel excellent mainly due to the privacy of the lift going from the underground car park to the floor where the room is.

I heard the Maldron hotel is like getting into a jail.

You need a pass to get through every door.

somewhere

But everyone complains about the cost of hotels so surely a cheap one is fine for a few hours

I haven't been in one by the way so I don't know how bad or good they are

Castlebar

I'm way more fussy about the company than the accommodation. As long as its clean I don't mind if its basic. And it's usually fine to bring a guest if it's a room booked for 2.

I find they can be tricky if they have external cameras and a 'no gatherings' policy whi h most if the ones I've seen do.

We were in the Premier Inn recently. Yes there's keycards and you have to walk past reception but we took an extra 4 in (split them up a bit) and they all left at midnight walking straight past reception and no comments made.
