The last thing I want to do is speak on behalf of all men, that’s a dangerous game. That said, for me in my 20s, I seem to recall the focus at times being more on the orgasm, then everything that could feel amazing in between.

Men in their 20s are desperate to get laid
In their 30s, too self-centred to care about the partner

Personally I don't think it's age related, if you understand women.
I read my mother's book Everywoman when quite young and gained a great education on the anatomy of the female as a result.
Even as a young guy I knew what areas to stroke/lick/suck to ensure an orgasm or two before penetrative sex and then what positions worked best for the woman to orgasm.
So I don't believe it has anything to do with age.
It's just how educated the practitioner is.
I should also say, if the woman is as well read, or knowledgeable, it can be an explosive experience!   |

I assume it’s as you get older, you’re more experienced at the game and the job at hand and you can gauge by the lady’s reaction to the technique you are using. I find it’s not all about the tongue lapping but the angle, the touch, the fingers, the level of sensitivity. |

I mean... Been there, done that, have t-shirts, we're there for the same things, what's the problem?
Have no issues making the woman I am playing with to cum, I like that, it is my kink.
Will use all morphological features that are up to the task, and knowledge and understanding of the female body to achieve it.
