Couscous left soaking in boiling water with a chicken stock cube while you stir fry chicken and/or bacon and onions, add frozen (thawed) mixed vegetables, dump in the couscous, mix and fry it all together, season to taste, I use freshly cracked pepper and Soy sauce.
Personally I like to add Chinese five spice or Thai seven spice to the chicken while cooking but whatever takes your fancy……😋

Bone broth portion out of the freezer into the pan. Slow heat. Chop parsley sliced garlic and ginger in. Drop an egg in. A few slices of toast with butter less then ten minutes all in. Beautiful. |

Goats cheese tart
Roll of shortcrust pastry
Jar of caramelised onions
Chopped Red Onins and peppers,and cherry tomatoes
Bag of Mozerella
Line tray with pastry,use caramelised onion as sauce base ,sprinkle veg next
Slice Goats cheese on top and loads of Mozerella on top
Cook at 180 ,gas,for about 30mins
