Has anyone ever tried this. I did a course of 4 treatments on this and holy crap the difference in how tight my pelvic muscles are is really noticeable during sex(even though that wasn’t reason for trying it) I believe for guys it can help with erectile dysfunction lol I have it on good authority it’s like having 18 yr old wood whatever that is. Well worth the 4 sessions. |

Hi Rosy I heard about it from a colleague in London but over there she had paid £299 a session which was extortionate. Here I paid £100 so it was well worth it. If you are up north and need a place to try DM me and I will send where I went, in Belfast.

I did the free session. Definatly aware i did it. Pricing is completly dependent on how many sessions. Single session 250, six sessions 690, eight sessions 792. So the €100 is based on booking/paying eight sessions. Any additional after the package is €100. |

Curiosity got the better of me so I had to Google this!! If you're suffering from incontinence or want to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles,this looks excellent. The Dundrum Cosmetic Clinic offer 6 sessions for €600 and each session after that is €80. Sounds like money well spent if the reviews are anything to go by!! |

I’m not on commission either but wish I had negotiated one before I posted this lol lol. In the north I used https://em-suite.co.uk/ their new branch in Lisburn Road Belfast wasn’t open yet but I went to a clinic pop up they had. I never even asked about a 30min free trial gggrrrrrrr but maybe it is a thing so ask first if you are contacting them. |

Update - had a free session and felt nothing worth writing home about at 100%, though my pelvic area did feel 'tired' for the day after. I don't know if after one session it's possible to notice a difference but I did see some (non sexual) improvements.
Would I pay €600 to complete the course?? No, definitely not worth it for me. |

u lucky people I never had the free trial option so I had to book the 4. Maybe I wouldn’t have gone back if I had a free trial but it was non sexual reasons for going for me, the rest was just an unexpected bonus lol. I just really wanted to get back to trampoline again  |

Mine are all nonsexual reasons for wanting to try it. Happy to say I have no issues in the sexual depends- for me I really want to find something to help my tailbone. It's essentially dislocated and floating- tried everything from physio to chiropractor and only surgery left. The chair just didn't do enough to engage my pelvic floor having been through two rounds of pelvic floor physiotherapy already. The physio did help with trampoline and sneezing needs. |
