Ok I'm no expert advice giver, I'm relatively new here on the scene myself (2 years)

I'll give out some I hope some

constructive advice based on my experience here and what your profile tells me,

You are unverified and reaching out here for your first coffee meet and verification on fab,

Nowhere on your profile does it say this , first thing I see is "irish male for fun"

Then a public picture of you're man vegetable.

Doesn't say coffee social to me?

You're profile is the shop window for people on fab , you have to invite people in and make it appealing, not just throw you're willy at them straight away, some might want that but personally I'd hide it.

You can change /adapt your profile over time as you go along.

You make the effort to go a coffee social, they happen in all the big cities in the country,

It's daughting yes walking into one as a newbie/single male but it was the best thing I done to get verified and start my journey on Fab.

You only get out what you put in on fab,

Get involved in the forum chats and discussions, look for coffee socials through the forums .

Hope this helps OP

Just my 2 cents dude

Take or leave all of the above but good luck 👍

First social for me was nerve wrecking, but honestly the worst thing I did was wait so long. Met some of the soundest people ever and was a great night. And I'll I did was drink, eat and chat. Mine was a lady in red social and if you get the chance I'd highly recommend going to one. Especially before any ideas of play. I still haven't played and still not sure I'm ready to, thought I was. Easy to be a keyboard warrior until you meet these people face to face. First meet was through help a fabber out, keep trying you will eventually get one. Make sure to read the posts as some people don't check back, but may have said they were in your area. And then keep an eye out for them coffee socials and get togethers. Great way to meet people

"Trying everything, believe me, can't even get someone to meet me for a coffee"

I was going to offer to meet you for coffee (only), but your age limit is 40, which I’m clearly not.

Good luck

The above text is all in quotes/greyed out so not sure if it’s for me. But if yes, I’m actually abroad until end of October. Enjoy your stay in Cork.
