Guiness Storehouse is a good place to start, you get a demo and a view of the city from tbe viewing gallery. Take a hop in-hop out tour bus and see if something tickles your fancy. I would recommend Street 66 (pub/club) in the evening, unless the LGBTQA mix is uncomfortable for you. Then there's the Temple bar area with its overpriced d*unks, but still worth a look I think.
