In a very fast paced stressful world, where the news is all doom & gloom, the mornings are dark and the evenings are short, when money doesn't stretch as far as it needs to for many, where the hunt/being hunted for sex on here can feel like never ending for some, when many people may be struggling with aspects life...

To be fair, the moon is always full, it's just the light shining on it that changes from day to day and month to month.
Also, as regards the supposed effects on people, multiple studies have found no proof of it.
Also also, statistics from police forces, mental health facilities etc show no significant increase in criminal/mental health related activity during full moon periods. Some studies even show a downturn in such events. |

I always do random acts of kindness whevever I can. You never know what kind of crap ppl are dealing with.
I cry if someone does sth nice for me. My sister laughs at me. I'm just so uses to doing everything so I appreciate kindness so much 💖 |

I spoke to a lady this morning that I see occasionally in the gym, she said that a simple smile or a hello from a stranger on her bad days can make all the difference for her. I had never thought about it before but it costs nothing to smile or say hello |

If kindness is a daily, hourly practice, an intentional part of our being, it no longer is random but who we are.
I don't wish to be known for random acts, but, I do wish to be known for being kind!
Just my first thought.
May random kindness increase untill it's the norm! |

I had my faith restored by the kindness of strangers the other day. A lovely guy helped me get sorted when i was struggling to fix flat tyre took me to the tyre shop to get it repaired as tyre was fucked. Wouldn't take anything just said to light a candle for his Granny. |

Did a really good thing the other day of helping an older woman get the groceries from our local Tesco to her car.
She was delighted. Hard for some people to lift things from the basket to the car.🙏🏻 |
