Walk 3 or 4 kilometres. Fittingly about the amount I walk twice a week behind my lawnmower cos I'm not to lazy to push. I can't be bothered with no point walking. In the Winter I replace walking behind the lawnmower with walking from the oche to the dartboard. |

Well I was going to go for a 5k run but I have decided to finish off the packet of jaffa cakes and then go for a walk.
While out on my walk should the local be opened no harm in going in for a pint or two and a hot one.
