I get one usually every year
I can hold my breath and swim under water no problem
But when the machine says breath in and breath out I panic after about 10 seconds
Had one a few weeks ago and the technician says
Don't breath out all the way....just half way is fine
What a game changer ....makes it easier |

After a night bar hopping in Boston and a long taxi drive back to the hotel I nodded of on a bench at front of hotel. The neee naw neee naw of a ambulance woke me from my slumber. I quickly realised I was the one strapped into a stretcher in the back of said ambulance as we sped to the hospital. A quick examination and a lot of complaining later I was allowed to leave the hospital and head for me cot |
