Hypothetical question for you. If someone from fab tried to mess and wreck with your life outside of fab and you have the possibility and ability to do the same to them, do you do it or do you be the bigger person and let it go? |

Sounds like black mail which is illegal so I'm sure you could have a legal case and maybe let them know of the consequences of their actions and maybe potentially wrecking their own life as well as yours and others |

Sorry I should have been clearer. Nothing illegal has happened. Someone fucked around with my private life and made things very difficult for a while. They did this and walked away, so they thought, without any repercussions until now. That’s why I’m asking would you get “revenge” for want of a better word or would you be the bigger person |

There was a thread here a few years ago from someone claiming another forum user had been trying to do something like this.
It was only one side of the story though.
Both of them were in a chat group I was running at the time and were as bad as each other in spreading stories and digging up personal info so I had zero sympathy for the thread.
They both wanted me and others in the group to take their side and help them pin something on the other.
Nobody did and that's how it should be. |

Happened to me a few years ago,asked for a face pic so when I sent it she said she wanted money r tell my wife,well needless to say I'm now divorced and daughters don't speak to me and I don't see my grandkids, so yeah there definitely is repercussions and b4 anyone says anything I know it was my fault 🤷♂️ but unless you know the situation!! I never found out who she was. |

I would not post anything about what happened on here nor would I use here for telling tales or washing dirty laundry that’s not what here is for and If I was to do it, it would be very much in person as I’ve nothing to hide. To be honest it’s been niggling at me about a month or so as to what to do. The sensible me wants to let it be however the angry me thinks why should they get away with it |

Back 2020 me and ex fiance was on here, had a couples account plus meets well our pics especially of her and one of me was download by a user that happened to be on my finance FB friend list think? Anyway got my details and through FB and tried to Black mail for a meet and wanted to be in a video or would send pic's to family and friends on her friends list on FB as mine kept private, but didn't go his way |

In my mind, I would like to make them aware of what you could do to them and because of what they did, you were briefly tempted to treat them as they treated you BUT you would never sink to their level and so you are walking away.
But in reality, I would probably ignore it and do nothing. Be the bigger person. |
