The jumping in is the easiest part 😅

Everyday sea swimmer here, the water is beautiful the last two weeks ☺️

Yep, regular swimmer here. Usually do 40 minutes or so in the summer. Getting to the time of the year where about 25 minutes is maximum before the cold really starts to seep in 😂

Am more of an all year sea plunger but it does the trick. Brilliant for mind and bod. Totally recommended.
