It's a known bug impacting first time posters

They need to send a mail to admin - link at the bottom of home page

Still an issue for our couple’s profile. Posting to site help yielded nothing other than vague suggestions that there was “a reason” for it. Which is ludicrous as the problem was there from day one, and neither single profile has an issue.

Mailing site admin repeated times got no response. It’s a bit of a joke really.

It does say on the FAQ that if nothing changes then that's your answer

Yeah, and I’m sick to the gills of that being pointed out. A brand new profile that has no history receives a forum block is what’s being implied there. How can one be earned in that way?

If the brand new profile is so objectionable that it can earn a ban before it has a chance to interact with the site at all, then why are both single profiles that are its “parents” not also blocked? It makes no sense.

And even if it was somehow earned, in what situation is it fair to reprimand a profile without informing them what the reprimand is for?

Smells to me more like laziness and a lack of willingness to properly support the users…
