Okay so let's dedicate Friday to doing something nice for someone.

Life can be tough and sometimes the smallest of gestures can mean the world to someone.

So why not buy a coffee for a friend or a stranger, send a text to someone you haven't spoken to in a while.

Just do something nice

Oh and do something for yourself too

I build my life around being nice. Anyone who knows me or has met me would agree, I've no doubt.

I honestly do not see the point of being here unless we are helping and supporting each other, and being nice.

You just never know what anyone else is going through. The smallest kind, caring, nice gesture can flip someone's entire day and make the world feel less shit. Or even if they'd nothing wrong, everyone loves being treated nicely.

Being nice is cool!
