I have several types of cock rings and several different materials. I have a noose one that is fully adjustable.

I do have them and enjoy using them, make sure its a good fit for you. The first one I got was a bit tight and uncomfortable to use, but now I have one that fits just right it's great. But don't leave it on too long, take it off for a bit and then you can put it back on and go again.
