Personal opinion - it's your profile,you're free to represent yourself in any way you wish, be it cock pics, no cock pics, who cares.
What most women do absolutely dislike is receiving cock pics with a first private message if they didn't specifically ask for it, especially when in their own written profile they said multiple times that they do not wish to receive them.

Do what feels comfortable, however I think a profile photo of just your dick is really low energy, low effort. Having them in your gallery is more than acceptable but know this, some women just don't like them. I've become desensitised to the cock image. 😉

I don’t have any opinion about men profile pics however I am taking note on what the ladies say in this forum.
Regarding to women; for me 75% is the face and rest the complete body.
