I’m with you on this. Any bell end who mentions the big C word at this time of the year needs one swift boot to the Henry Halls and excommunicated 🙏 Amen

I start mine now - no choice - 3 santa sacks to fill on top of the regular family presents- don't get any financial help from other parent towards them so starting now I begin to buy a couple of things with each childrens allowance.

I did the same with mine, I would start at this time of year shops like smiths and toy master wouldnhsve their catalogue and I'd pay off

My mother used to start in January by buying new decorations or a fake tree in the sales and putting them in the attic

Then paying a few quid each month to Arnotts towards our Santa stuff

I pick things up as I see them all the time, year round. Generally have a little backlog of gifts for all the l important people in my life for birthdays, Christmas, random surprises, get wells etc.

I absolutely love surprising people I love for no reason too.

You should see the amount of cards I have. I love sending random surprise cards with messages of love.

I'm a big old softy that way.

"Irrelevant post"

No post is irrelevant regardless of its content or whether we like it or not

Me personally, I don’t enjoy “C” for personal reasons but that doesn’t mean I would begrudge other people enjoying it or making preparations for it 🙏
