The West

Not a word from the farmers, silence, so that's a sure sign!

Must have been one of the best summers in memory for silage? No heavy rain, just lots of showers. Temperatures were perfect for growth too.

Seen one farmer on social media getting his fourth cut in, fourth!!

I'm not a farmer but was with a friend today who keeps livestock and she was jealously eyeing up her neighbour's silage bales. His bales were well tight in fairness

The farmers are long in bed. It's not long till the cock crows and they'll be up a-milkin'
