I wanted to put it out there and ask the question, would there be anyone interested in a Drogheda Social.
Just a little gathering some evening for drinks/coffees and introductions. Seems like there are lots of Fabbers in the area. |

The problem you have is that you've publicly posted the name of a venue and probably the day
Anyone off fab can turn up even if you dont want them too
Anyone thats not even a member of fab can read the forums without having to sign in
So God only knows who could turn up |

You didn't know. Typically a host will announce the venue on the day of the social by DM or in a chat group. |

So, I scouted three possible locations today and each other have events or reasons that the next two Sundays (8&15) are out. The following Sunday is the Envy weekend and I think we'd miss a fair few on the Sunday.
Therefore, I'm going to aim to get everything together for Sunday 29th September.
I'll get another post giving details on how we'll run it and how to get the info etc. in the next week or so.
