I did have to refuse a meeting once because I had a previous engagement....that's it.
Would this be considered legitimate reason for blocking?
Not that I'm concerned just find it hilarious!
And to be clear I have certainly not had the whole site lol |

Block is a good feature, its the end of contact and conversation. Dont be afraid to block and do not take it personally when blocked, it is just an easy way to stop contact. |

Mainlybjust for the following reasons:
Fake profiles -Blocked (although I do play along with some when bored).
Any fake photos on a profile- Blocked
Lads who message thinking they're some sort of Don Juan, dopes - Blocked.
Any insults, disrespect- Blocked
Constantly messaging without our response- Blocked |

There is no such thing as a legitimate or illegitimate reason for blocking. Anyone can block for any reason or no reason.
There is no excuse for being rude and pointed when messaging someone though.

People block for what ever reason they want.
They might not like your marital status, comments/views on a thread, just not their type etc
Got blocked cause a couple thought I was talking about them on a thread last week, regarding "repeat/serial joiners" etc when i wasn't. The OP also clarified to them it wasn't their profile being talked about... #paranoia! Anyway Not bothered 
If someone is constantly messaging or being abusive etc I'll block or if someone has me blocked i'll return the favour saves us both time and seeing updates from them |

The way I see it... Blocking someone youre sure you aren't gonna fuck is doing them a favour. They don't waste their time trying and get to concentrate on wooing someone else who might! |

I block if:
I said I am not interested but still keeps sending me messages ( after 5th I block)
If you are rude and aggressive
If you are the person who I know in my real life
I don’t have other reasons for blocking any one

I block people so they don't appear in updates.
I block for inane statuses.
I block for being misogynists or misandrists either in the forums or on their profiles.
I block anyone who has shared my personal details or anyone who contacts others and asks for my name and other information.(Some popular forumites like borrowing other people's details among other things)
I block anyone who refuses to accept the word no or asks do I not know who they are.
I also block some who demand my validation because everyone else is up their arse having a party and then decide to shit stir when they discover I'm not everyone else.
Apart from that I never use the block button. |

I got blocked last night because I didn't want to re-download an app to verify myself. Honestly I think it was good of them because it didn't waste anymore of either of our time.
I don't think I've blocked anyone but I'm not inundated with messages or langers (often at least).
I think sometimes it can get on your mind but honestly I'd forget about it after a few days myself. |

I block people for many reasons
1.. if I'm told they aren't interested, then block them so as not to annoy the.
2.. fellas looking to meet me.
3.. people who are constantly looking at my profile.
4 Forumites who I feel are too pretentious or look down on others.
5..the ladies who I have sent 220 Dick pics to, who hasn't replied yet. I mean what is her problem.  |

My block list is bigger than my friends list.
I block anyone that I don't find attractive to me and had sent me a message, rude approaches and insisting messages that clearly didn't read my profile. And the sex/cock was too disappointing as well. |

When you read a profile and the user interests you and you tick all the box’s in their bio and put together a very well thought out message and a while later you realise your blocked. No response nothing just instant block, sometimes I swear people are here for just reading messages because they’re bored and it’s usually the ones with only 1 verification on their profile which is hidden. Can’t be just me |

You got some engagement. The other person can block you for whatever reason. It could be as fickle as you posted a picture or status they didn't like. You said they stated you "fucked the whole site, Barr them", if it was two of their acquaintances, that constitutes, the whole site. Jog on , take some advice, and remember, the next time you fuck them, it's you choosing that crazy shit in your life.

People can block you & you will never know why , it's just the way in this jungle, it could be just something you said on the forums , it could be that they have no interest, it can be for any reason but the main , most important thing here is please do NOT let being blocked worry you or play on your mind one little bit , your mental health is wayyyyy more important than wondering why you got blocked, always remember that . |

People we are confident we’ll never meet and or those that impinge our enjoyment of the site, mainly for three reasons:
People (mainly men) who send multiple messages without us replying to any, or just abusive messages on first message.
Couples who are extremely prolific with photos that are ‘anti-arousal’ (nicest way I could term it) in our local updates feed.
People who express racist or classist views on the forum, or make general comments on forum that we find insulting or irreconcilable with our views. |

I just block automatically if either a lady or couple I have written to read my message and then delete it straight away.
It just leaves things better organised in my message box.
Obviously I also block any offensive jealous people - had a few of those when on here a few years ago. |

I block profiles for different reasons. Could be that they are looking to source ‘white’, ‘Charlie’ and the other late weekend status updates when they want to party on. Not my thing but each to their own. Could be that they are passive aggressive in their response on the forums and living just inside that boundary of the rules. I’ve blocked for passing my details about. I’m blocked too by people and that’s just fine. It would be a boring old world if we were all the same.
I’ve blocked profiles where they are here 24 hours and looking to be verified and suddenly they are, I’ll block them and the people who verified them and I’ll look at their verifications and see who’s actually given them one too. Saves a lot of trouble. It’s a certain type of lady I’m seeking out and research helps me.  |

I usually block if there’s no interest in ever meeting and use it just as a way of having no further interaction in my news feed etc..
Some people also post a lot of comments, statuses, pics etc and I block if I’ve no interest in seeing them. Just declutters the timeline.

People block for their reasons , they don't have to explain why ,tbh it's a brilliant feature as it stops a lot of crap, if people have you blocked it doesn't matter why , ye are never gonna get it on , same way if you've blocked someone,they ain't gonna be on your Christmas card list 🤣, blocking is just a part of this joint, don't get worked up over it .👍 |
