Aside from sex or a sexual partner : is there a type of exercise , a book , a song , an album , a place , or a person who makes it all better ? |

There's hill of the o'neill in Dungannon!!
If I need a quiet reflective spot that's where I go to sit and read. I have been so often now I can visualise it when I need to 'reset' and self regulate. |

The ocean, into it if possible but even the sight or the sound…seeing it on the horizon physically relaxes me and brings out my fun, makes my shoulders fall back, start singing along to the radio or my own tune… I could ramble on!! |

For me it's always running...really clears the mind...although the good feeling comes after i've finished running...the run itself is usually - my knees hurt...now i have a stitch..why did i do this..now its raining...fml fml fml...thank god thats over...now i feel great...i must run more often |
