Mine is yoga with Adrienne . She has the ability to instantly make the world a better place.

Aside from sex or a sexual partner : is there a type of exercise , a book , a song , an album , a place , or a person who makes it all better ?

There's hill of the o'neill in Dungannon!!

If I need a quiet reflective spot that's where I go to sit and read. I have been so often now I can visualise it when I need to 'reset' and self regulate.

From an historic point of view, that’s turns me on, I often unwind at Doe Castle where the Great O’Neill once commanded!

Walking by the wild Atlantic way to reignite my spirit. I commend those who swim in the sea regularly. The weather this year has stopped me so far

The ocean, into it if possible but even the sight or the sound…seeing it on the horizon physically relaxes me and brings out my fun, makes my shoulders fall back, start singing along to the radio or my own tune… I could ramble on!!

I love long walks, can be walking in the park or at the beach. I used to have very nice long walks with my dog before she passed away.
