Utter shite I've been around the scene since my mid 20s mmf and mfm are the same thing a bi mmf is the one where the guys play with eachother. That way by adding the bi prefix to any number of mmmmmmmmmmmmf changes it completely.
The mfm only goes to prove that men are that nervous about being called bi/gay that they have to separate the M's. It was and will always be a mmf or any number of M's and and F. With the bi prefix denoting the orientation of the M's |

I think it really doesn't matter where the m is in a mmmf as obviously if the guys are bi that should have been discussed in advance.
God I would love a bi mmf again or a bi mmmf just saying
