I love her honesty! The start unsettled her but I think she needs to start working on outside lanes and getting caught! That’s twice she’s spooked
She was always going for bronze in reality but let’s not forget she’s 21 her first Olympics in a distance she only took up 3 years ago when pretty much all her competitors have been doing it most their lives

The lady that won that race is the favourite and posted the best time of all the semi's, the questions now are , how hard did Adeleke try when she knew she was safe, how hard did the winner try ?? I'm really excited about the final.
I'm still hopeful, with the shit that's going on it would be awesome to see a normal tallaght girl do something on the world stage that puts Ireland in a light that not many people know. She is undeniably Irish,just listen to her interviews, she's funny and beautiful, destined to be a superstar. Nike wet dream . Only real haters can deny her Irishness.

I kinda thought that myself as well. Those false starts are a killer though. I wasn't sure if she was just easing off at the end or tiring. She did as much as she needed to do so hopefully the woman from Tallaght will have plenty in the tank for the final. |

Kasmerack thought I wasn’t bowled over with the British girl had her so hopefully Rhasidat can fix those bits! Her lane draw helps a lot she has all them on her outside now

she was superb all games, she is only 21, great learning experience for her, hopefully LA in 2028 will be her Olympics. Just needs to work on her finishing powere, 100-300 seems to be her strongest part of the.
Also the 400 relay team were immense so unlucky not to medal, I though Mawdsley would get us third, but was up against two world class operators, the women did us so proud.
