Google is telling me this is part of the breakwater festival in Wexford.

Make sure yous have plenty of money with you when going there we were there tonight for the Wolfe tones pints are 7.50 each with a 2 euro refundable charge on top of that for the cup vodka is 6.50 without any mixer 🙈🙈 very expensive night but also a brilliant night to see them live aswell |
