Far far away

What a epic game. 15 times level. Shows how competitive it is. Tony Kelly gave a great speech. Delighted for Clare. For counties that have so many All Irelands you forget how much it means. A party on in Ennis it seems.

By jaysus, they won it by the grace of God, similar to Trumps survival.

19 years of expectations played its part today, well done Clare but that is a seriously good Cork team to have beaten.

Ref was poor in key decisions . Big moments win finals and at times he let clare off with poor calls ..how we didn't get that 65 when it was clearly blocked by clare hurley was an awful decision. Draw was the fair result but not to be

I had Clare backed since the league, and after the semi finals i thought I had it lost. I threw a few euro on a draw this morning.Cork started strong, But Clare put it upto Cork. That was a great final.I was glad there was no replay as the only ones who would have won would have been the GAA. Up the Banner

Two equally good sides but refs decisions on the day swung it in the banners favour.too many bad decisions made

In all fairness to the ref he let the game flow. Yes a few things went our way but in general he done well. We have to remember its a game and people are human.

Great to see the Integration of our European visitors. So Happy Ukraine won the final against Cork....

A fantastic game and great speeches, especially by the GAA president guy.

Tony Kelly was pure class as well as many of the Cork team.

One of those you'll remember for a long time and kinda wish both could be champions

Cork

It was some game of hurling Cork were fantastic Great start then that put it up to the banner men Whilst it was silly of Clare pulling his jersey. I did see cork hurlers pulling O’Donnells jersey too! We were on the edge of our seats Cork should be proud but the better team won on the day.

What a game, some fantastic scores from both sides. As happy as I am for Clare and especially Tony Kelly, I do think for a final there should be a replay if level after normal time - the least the players deserve after committing so much of their year to training etc. Such a great game to watch and fair play to cork for making it so good, could have gone either way up to the last few seconds.

I'm so tempted to head up for the party, last time I was there for homecoming was in 1995.

Brilliant we literally partied for a week, was working for a limerick outfit at the time, didn't even need to call them they knew not to expect us.

Yep I think a visit to the home County is called for

A great game I was lucky enough to get a ticket and go,

I never doubted Clare but I don’t think we will see either team near an all Ireland again for another few years. Limerick will be back better and hungrier next year.
