Do play parties still happen

Plenty of parties still going on just alot don't advertise them because they get tortured by single guys plus too many people say they will go then back out last minute plus summer time isn't a great time for most people with schools off holidays etc i was considering having one start of august but cost of accomodation is ridiculous |

Exactly why I don't advertise my parties in the forums etc The amount of messages that I got the time you did, just put me off that approach. |

Yes, but a few have closed down, or taken a hiatus.
The Vanilla Club is gone, and Dublin Penthouse parties were monthly, but haven't been on in 6 months.
It's a huge challenge to hold.
A lot of work for the hosts, risks of getting in trouble or being outed to neighbors.
Lots of risks of your personal possessions being broken or your home being vomited in. (Basic risks of holding any party really).
If people rent an Airbnb, they have to front the Costa, and risk being banned from AirBnB for good, as no host would permit such a party.
So keeping that under wraps is a big task. Big play parties can run very expensive just to cover expenses. |

Mainly this!
I have hosted several parties over the last 6 years, mainly private invite event ones, I do not advertise.
I hosted 30 people last weekend, I can safely say it was a huge success based on the feedback but there is massive work involved in curating guest lists and all the extras. We need more people to host but definitely is not for the faint hearted  |

I can confirm was eeeepic party but I also know the work that went into the planning and prep miss molly u are a legend in your own lifetime xx
Its not just build it and they will come it takes meticulous planning and huge efforts but done right there's nothing like it xx |
