Their performance over their 4 games has been awful... The definition of stupid is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results... Southgate has to go at this stage, has no idea of what to do to change a game... Playing Trippier (a natural RB being played at LB) is awful, continuing to play Kane when Watkins is champing at the bit... Gordon on the left vs. their older player is so obvious, but he just won't do it, staying too loyal to the older players... Bring on the younger players who have no fear |

On paper, yes...
And the fact they had the more possession, yes..
But a lot of what they do is pass sideways and backward. Hardly a single progressive forward pass.
They have individually great players, but as a team, it just doesn't work |

Again that equals a poor performance but not Slovakia actually being the better team over 90mins.

Saw an article a few days ago about people making mad journeys just to be there for the final. ‘Don’t ask!!’ when they were asked how much they’d spent. One guy came from Australia at the last minute. I’d say he’d be lucky to have change out of ten grand. |

Foden absolutely invisible, yet played every single game! Saka wadling around, only time he was any good they put him in defence.
Rice, useless. Even Bellingham was bog standard....Then people asking why Kane dropped deep, what was he supposed to do, Considering those playing with him!?
As for Southgates tactics, he is a lucky man he has so many of his friends on the pundit circuit, anybody else would be eviscerated! Shameful he has won nothing with players at his disposal, really.
