"1, fresh cut grass
2, being inland love the smell of the sea in Rossnowalagh / Bundoran / Strand hill "
You only cut your grass in the summer? Sea smells better in winter actually, less rotting sea, live right beside it! Always have always will. |

"Definitely plenty agricultural smells here.
Muck spreading
Cut silage
Bog
"
Freshly cut silage is the one for me I think.
The bog has too many traumatic memories of breaking your back while midges eat your scalp alive |

The smell of chlorine on your skin and hair from pools on summer holidays.
The smell from the bag of sandwiches that my mam made. Eating them on the beach with a few sprinkles of sand for added flavour.
The smell of a bbq. Invites are welcome, I do love a good bbq
My favourite beer garden, those hoppy beers, Rosé wines, fruity cocktails, and the food being enjoyed hits differently outside in the sun with friends.
The Body shops White Musk and Dewberry oil, brings me back to my misspent youth.

Freshly cut grass
The smell of the sea or sea lol
This is an odd one… the smell of fresh tar getting laid in the road on a hot summers day. The smell and sight of the steam coming from it. |

The pub then supermacs ... |
Had a freshly brewed coffee outside this morning in a little coffee hut set in the woods just outside of town, listening to the crikle of leaves and the running water of the river beside it while my daughter and grandson did outdoor baby and mum yoga pure summer smell bliss |

Add freshly shorn wool and sheep dip to the list.
Honeysuckle is the smell I'd most associate with summer followed by suncream in its various forms |

You need to visit the west coast
Beats the aroma of slurry etc inland |

Rotten sea, lobster pots on the pier basking in the sun exuding the stench of bait, boat paint..
Then the opposite
Privet flowers, the smell of escalonia, sweet oily heritage roses, calendula, night scented stock, chamomile, sweet peas, raspberries.. endless summer
And the smell of the sun off your clothes on the washing line after a day of sun...

Also maybe this is a weird one, but a combination of sea breeze, tea time paté, and tomatoes XD this would be a go-to cheap breakfast on the balcony for my family holidaying on the seaside when I was small |

When they open the plane door and the heat and smell hit you
Apart from that the smell I remember from my childhood was the little burner that my parents had to make tea on the beach
It had a purple flame but cant think of what it was called |
