I can offer some value here.
I’ve been last minute ghosted/blocked or given crazy excuses by more green ticked members than not. I’m sure I’m not alone. They mean absolutely nothing to me now.
Also let’s mention discretion. It’s so important to everyone. But some can’t wait to plaster their social meets on their profile. It’s egocentric.. This is a swinging site. Shut up and fuck or go to Facebook.
The green tick system is open to abuse. If you think some of them haven’t been fraudulently obtained you’d be very wrong.
The photo verified system is effective and simple. it’s still no barometer as to whether you’re gonna be left holding your Mickey at the last minute by someone. You’ll never avoid that fate here. It’s a pandemic now. |

You can fake it in about as long as it takes to open photoshop.
I'd much rather read a meet verification than rely on a pic that could easily be mocked up.
That's all getting away from the question the op asked though and somehow I don't think he's talking about photo verification.. |

Ya, it’s rarely a conversation I’ll even have with someone.. if a person is making an issue of it and I really want to meet them I have a user who can vouch for me. Very positively  . Usually I’ll pass tho if they can’t accept my logic. |

You may get used to that. DV8 in Dublin holds socials on a Sunday evening for everyone so you don’t need to have a verification to get into that. I’ve not been but maybe look into going there some Sunday |

I wouldn't take that too personally. Most men don't get replies to messages.
You could ask for some advice on your profile which might help.
The best is to attend a social event. At the very least the host will verify you and then you will be confirmed as a real life human who turned up. And that's the only real value of a veri.

There are plenty of non verified socials you can attend in the aim of meeting like minded people. If you make connections there I'm sure you'd be meet verified then. It seems like a negative attitude really, there's always solutions if you look for them. |

I swapped to socials and way more success and more verifications on both profiles! Nobody will ever knock on your door, if you want it you can make it happen. There is a conveyor belt of single guys here. Single girls or couples can take their pick. If you won't make an effort you can be sure the next guy is. |

Sorry now I know that's a bit smart but I just feel if someone actually wants to get verified, they will make it their business to do what it takes to get verified. It seems that so many come into the forums in the hope of getting in through some loop hole or through the back door (no pun intended).
Then they think that once verified, they've have the dial a ride jailbreak code and its party time so start bulk buying condoms cause the mickey is gonna be rode off ya.
My advise to ppl if you want to get verified then go out and get verified, there's certain, very nice ppl who go out of their way to help new ppl but you should know that that's only the first hurdle.

I'll be honest, anybody living in or around the Pale and can't get verified, then you're probably not trying that hard!
It's not just the volume of fabbers, there is so much going on in that area!

This is somehow made out to be rocket science and a chore even by people who are active and giving advice.
If it feels like too much of an effort just don't do it.
Being here and availing of the benefits should be well ya know pleasurable....
Unless you're a miserable fuck like me but that's a different story
