Hi fabbers
Looking for some advice if anyone has experience in it. Currently on an iPhone 13. Due an upgrade and as usual, battery life is brutal now after 2.5 years.
Thinking of upgrading to 15 pro max. And wondering if anyone has it, does it have the same issues as the early 15/15 pro’s with the overheating etc? Last thing I want is to be dealing with a burnt down house
Thanks in advance. |

I’ve just always been an apple guy. I’ve had android phones for work etc and just never liked them? Really can’t fault my current one or my previous ones either, just except the predictable battery issues after the 2-3 year period |

OP no point upgrading to 15/Pro when the new one will be released later this year. Unless you’re getting it used, I wouldn’t upgrade just yet.
Worth checking Nothing Phone. Pretty much an Apple design with Android OS. Happy shopping! |

Personally I don't know anything about iPhones, as I've never had 1. I've had Samsung for the last few phone's. I wouldn't recommend them, as them seem to have a problem with internal memory. Even after deleting stuff.
Others might find them different?
I'll keep an eye on this thread aswell. |

The internal memory is the only problem I've had with them. I'm open to the iPhone & other makes.
What have you found to be better with the iPhone compared to the Samsung? |

Hi Mr here, anybody who thinks anything Apple can touch what I have in my hand is on heavy drugs! As for memory your actually having a laugh! I've 33,200 memes on my phone! Few thousand videos, entire work emails + personal emails. Not a chance you have an S23 or S24 in your hands. As for the difference in cameras... lol it's like a throw away phone v a Cannon. Plus access to 100,000 more apps |

Yeah this is my worry!!
I seen and read that when the 15 range came out, they all had issues with overheating, freezing etc. but that was APPARENTLY fixed with the next batch of phones that came out.

"Why don’t you get the battery replaced on the one you are happy with? "
100% this. We have such an e-waste problem. Upgrading ever year to the latest and greatest that you don't need is just silly. |

Are you directing that at me?
If you are I'm not joking about bad memory on the phone. I'd say I'm lucky to have about 1/10 of what you have on your phone. I've delete apps to up date the software or apps, at time's on it. It's a J4/J8 or an A4/A8 I have. Nothing to special at all. The camera is alright on it. |

Galaxy s24 ultra battery: 5000 mAh
iPhone 15 pro max: 4441 mAh
Know the 15 pro max had about 29 hours of battery life. Presume galaxy will be around the 30 hour mark |
