Jump to: Newest in thread
Yes there is plenty of opportunity for someone to start something but would they really want the hassle and bother as we know people are great at saying that they will attend things then come the actual day poor granny has passed away or they suddenly remember that there brother is getting married I am part of a group that meets every month for a day time meet last month we had 7 backouts all guys so why would anyone but time and effort into something when they know chances are it won't come off |

"Not that I've heard of, unless you count day use hotel meets ,... x
Very little hotels even during the day.
There's quite a few if you do a search, even phone direct and ask."
I have done but no avail |

Google day use hotels, they are mainly Dublin and Belfast, or phone/ email hotels direct, tell them you are traveling to a wedding and need a room for a morning to freshen up, see what response you get.
PM me if you wish. |

"I'm not sure which area you're looking to book, but for Dublin I use hotelsbyday and dayuse to book rooms for daytime use, had no problems so far and very reasonable rates!"
Pity it wasn't more wide spread |

I done a bit of research on airbnb and hotels regarding day use.
Nearly all airbnbs and hotels check ins are after 3pm.
I did find an airbnb cabin that allowed check in at 10am, but not suitable for a party.
I did book a hotel room in portlaoise which I got at 10.30 am due to a speel about being after nights and was getting work done on my house, so needed an early check in to "sleep".
Wasn't much sleep
Plus the underground carpark elevator goes to the floor where the room is, and no key card required to operate the lift. |

This is actually quite a big thing in Canada when I was over there for a year. It was like 11am to 4pm and people could come and go. It worked really well. I loved the school run mothers. Some days those women just need to crazy haha |

Hi all, I’ve used dayuse.ie numerous times and it is a game changer. If you like I can set up a Kik group to gauge interest. My name on k ik is the same as here. If I get the interest and a good mix of people I’ll set one up and organise for daytime and during the week. Please…. Do not offer to join without verifications etc as most of those just won’t turn up when it comes to the crunch. I am genuine and verified here and in other sites. Let me know by sending message to k ik. Cheers |

"We’d love to do more daytime meets as it suits our lifestyle/time commitments perfectly.
Not too easy to arrange though… "
I’m all in on daytime… naughtier… energy better… and just a great way to get past that 3pm slump, or I’ve always loved the notion of the 11am break, but not tea and cake….
Happy to volunteer my time for any options of daytime meets. |

I’ve no problem with dessert at any time of the day…. a slice of decadent dark chocolate … if it happens at 11… I’ll not refuse. The challenge though would be to display what little restraint I have if it was on offer too often… body is a temple and all that. |

"Daytime meet in Dublin would be ideal for us."
Hi folks, I've arranged many daytime gatherings.
I've invested time and effort into this, researching verifications, and meeting for coffee etc.
I have a circle of friends both M&F that for various reasons, midweek daytime fun suits.
I'm happy to take the lead again should there be a genuine interest. |

I have also arranged many daytime group meetings in the Dublin area. Many can’t do weekends because of other commitments and midweek suits.
By tapping into a pool of well verified fabbers, guys, girls and couples we have had some great occasions. We never had one no show which I’m sure not many organisers can say.
I’m hoping to organise something in the next couple of weeks. |
