How often do you touch up profile.

Recently got a message so I tapped into profile. On the profile came up age 44 I think and went down to read bio, I know I do read them. It said.

Man in my 30"s.....

Recently spruced up and reworded my own profile bio so got me thinking.

How often do you spruce up your profile. Bare in mind I had the same wording and looking for one for 3 years till recently.

We try to give small changes every month or 6 weeks or if we happen to experience something new we like it would be talked about and updated pretty soon

I'm add a new pic now and again but haven't changed the bio in quite a few years.

I'm not meeting or chatting to anyone new so there isn't a lot of point updating it.

In my first six months I tweaked it a lot and tried out a lot of variations on my bio and photos until I was happy I'd found an approach that work.

Probably since last nov I haven't invested any time at all in my profile.

I did run my bio through ChatGPT once for fun and I did keep one sentence from it because it made me laugh.

I've updated ours once in the 6months we've been on Fab. Things have changed for us since we started and I just updated it for what we were looking for, otherwise I probably wouldn't bother.

But it's annoying if you message people and their profile is no longer reflective of what they want.

If we have a good or bad experience and it teaches us something about our desires or limits, we will put it in our profile.

We all change over time don't we, so I think it should be reflected in an updated profile

I regularly change my profile pic. This always gets more daily views .

I also, move my veris around, some private, some public. This gets more attention as well.

While I change my profile description occasionally, it hardly gets noticed.

Result; Fabbers like shiney new pictures, and are very nosey and curious.

A new verification always results in a flurry of new interest, which sometimes leads to a new meet.

Changed bio once, sence starting on here. Add the odd pic every now & then. While also changing the profile pic every now & then. Not much happening, apart from a few socials(in no hurry). So can't be arsed to change much more yet. Either people want to meet me or then don't, it's up to them.

As others have said, in the fabs world, it's always a bit tricky to stand out for the right reasons.

There's also a really fine line between having the profile showing some sensual aspects and looking like an outright porn shoot.
