It's a miracle I've lived this long

This is the one that concerns me the most as a lifelong insomniac. 6 hours is a very good night for me

The inclusion of weights or resistance training in your physical training is really important. Maintaining muscle mass and bone density are vital to the quality of life we will enjoy as we age.

"Who waants to liiive forevvveer"

A list of things to do just stresses me out so that's counterproductive! Hopefully I'll stay reasonably fit and healthy to a reasonable age but longevity is not a goal of mine.

Don't worry about things which you cannot control. Most of us do this and it's detrimental to our mental health.

I agree with hobbies, have your own life too, kids consume every free minute! Make time for you! Us as kids had nowhere near the acesss to things to do! So don't feel guilty about you time.

I love these. I would add...

Personal fulfilment by doing something you love

Actively focussing on maintaining good mental health

Working on maintaining positive relationships and choosing to let go of negative ones

Doing things you've never done before and learning new skills

Be selective in what you drink what you eat and who you share your time with.

The world is full of mediocrity so seek out the best and enjoy it.

It's not how long, but how you live that matters.

I've never tasted alcohol or smoked.

I've never taken illegal drugs or opiates.

I get at least an hour of physical exercise every day and 5-6 hours every weekend and I eat meat most days.

I still feel like shit so I'm thinking of starting a few of the above.

Never ever too late for positive change! A health scare did it for me, including joining here, daily walks, me time! Diet changes, dosnt have to be all consuming, but I'm sure little things add up! We only get 1 go at this so I doubt we need to remove all joy from our lives, if you like meat or fish or few drinks, all in proportion! I doubt anyone lives a boring life here!

I think a happy medium can be obtained, like not having those last 2 drinks, go home 1 hour early, go for that walk! And listen to some music you like! Sit in the sun at lunchtime, hide in the bathroom from the kids

Live in the now

Dont hanker for or regret the past, it's gone.

Dont put off doing things you enjoy

Dont be a cunt or a begrudger, that comes from a bitter soul, everyone has their own troubles

Spend your time with people who are decent human beings

Happy to help out.

I give lots of massages, and for those people who have regular massages, the improvements to their skin, muscle tone, and moods are obvious after a few sessions.
