Depends what your aiming for.
You need a good plan that’s hyrox specific so you’re not in that position.
Get yourself to your local hyrox gym and use their programming.
Or try a CrossFit gym and tell them your goal is hyrox and they will do the programme.

Signed up for the singles. Do a fair bit of crossfit workouts (murph last week) and I like a long workout of 45 to 60 mins. Plan is to build more running into the training schedule over the next few months. Will build up on the weights heavier than comp day on the wall balls (train with 9 kg), sled push and pull and get used to doing long stints of burpee Broad jumps |

Oh BBJ’s are painful haha. I enjoy the sled. Lunges and wall balls is where I had to deal with the mental demons! Oh it was tough but felt so good 30mins after the finish!
