This is 1 for the ladies

I am separated few years now with 2 children shared custody. Both of have gone our separate ways for good while.

The question is "Am I single?"

To some women looking for single men I am attached. (I'm guessing the kids)

To some women seeking attached I am single.

Some say attached but will consider if my ex says she is okay with it.(interesting conversation )

Ladies just wondering your thoughts

If you have both gone your separate ways and don't live together then I would say you are single. But that is just how I would look at it.

If you’re separated, you’re single. Why you would have to ask your ex’s permission is beyond me

You're single.

Unless you still live together in the same house with your ex, that would make a lot of women question if you're actually single.

Separated = single.

(As long as your ex is aware you are separated )

You are single if you're "ex" says you're single but if someone still believes you're in a relationship with them then you're not

The reason some take hard lines on this is that so many people here try and blur the lines and/or exaggerate their own separatedness

Single means that you are not romantically committed to someone else. That matters to a lot of people on here.

Your parental status should be irrelevant on a swingers site.

I live with wife but separate bedrooms, on separate floors even.

No sex in over a year.

Am I single without realising it?

Feels like it

If you live in different houses you're single.

Same house or sexless marriage you're attached.

Some guys on here say they stay together for the kids. That's married or attached to me.

Being connected as parents doesn't end when your children turn 18.

To me if you are separated or divorced and living apart you are single. If you are living together, can't host, use the word "discrete' anywhere on your bio them Im sorry I will probably err on the side of caution of married but cheating.

I have seen one scenario which is married but secretly bi. They can't be 'out' as gay or bi for any amount of reasons...work...kids.

I have softened a bit towards those guys but recently have had to be cautious there too.
