Naked Cuddling. This is something I do quiet often and find is so relaxing and bonding. I do it with a close female friend, no sex just a naked cuddle in bed. Yes there is often a coffee on bed side table and telly can be on. Just cuddle and chat. Just curious if others within the group have ever cuddle naked and found it as relaxing as I do. |

Skin to skin contact promotes the release of the hormone oxytocin which is important in bonding and great for happiness and mental health. It's actually really really good for you. In the fetish/rave/poly/hippy world they have "cuddle puddles" or "cuddle partys" where this is the main aim. |

So thrilled that it's not just me. No better way to spend a morning than cuddled up naked beside a friend let's make this week naked cuddle week. Contact a close friend who is up for it and have a spontaneous naked cuddled in bed. |

And as an aside.. if your kid is cross/angry/upset, best thing you can do for them is hug them, because of the reasons above. And for the longer the better.
We all need hugs though.. the one thing I really miss  |

Naked Cuddles, Half naked, Clothed Cuddles,
These are all good in my book. I love Cuddles so much it's my nickname and also my Fab Name spelt backwards.
Plus I am quite hairy so I can be like a personal Teddy Bear 🧸 🤗 |
