Anyone any personal recommendations of places that might have single rooms or offer solo occupancy rates?

Open to ideas on location and accommodation type.

Have car, will travel!

Cheers!

Have had someone message me as they weren't sure what I meant!

Sorry for any confusion!

Would like to get a few days away to just relax and chill so any ideas or suggestions would be great!

TIA

somewhere

There's lots of business type hotels that are great for staying away monday to friday and you can get fantastic rates

I used to get the Viking hotel in waterford for 95 a night inc dinner and a pint with breakfast the next day before Covid and its now 145 for the same deal

Its outside the city so you cant walk into it but its ideal for traveling around the area....40 new rooms opening soon

There's hotels in Letterkenny doing the same deals

Thanks for this! Viking doesn't sound like what I'm looking for because of location but appreciate your input.

Airbnb there’s an apartment in Carrigart that’s reasonable priced. Good base for the Downings beaches, Glenveagh National park and all part of the wild Atlantic way. Letterkenny would be a good base too. The station house hotel, mount errigle hotel, the Clanree hotel to name but a few.

Depends on where you might wanna go but I'd always ring a place after seeing a price online as more often than not you can get a few quid off booking directly with them
