Was told the MRI scan of my recent shoulder injury looked like the result of a plane crash.
Hopefully HOCTherapy might help speed up the healing process.

When it comes to shoulder injuries they are a horrid thing to fully sort. Had reconstruction surgery 14 years ago, shoulder popped need major surgery now next week.
also have been told I have arthritis in it cause I didn't let it heal originally and listen to the doctors. |
