Or is it just me its happening?
Over the weekend i had 5 lads basically not show up! 3 were ones who were mailing me for a while and we had arrangements made but on the day when i checked in well im still waiting on those messages to be opened
Others just made last minute arrangements and said they were on the way but im still waiting haha!!
I was actually in the middle of chatting to a guy yesterday and he deletes his profile! There just seems to be a bigger amount of messers and timewasters on the site ...

We have learned the hard way that a sincere person will have a quick chat on the phone before meeting.
You can root out time wasters early by letting them know you’ll want a call before setting off. |

This is exactly why I have posted that I'm going to the DV8 TGirl event on Friday and have told anyone that messages me that I'll be there.
No chit chat, just I'll be there if you want to meet me. Then i don't care about no shows as I'm going to be going anyway and I haven't wasted my time with endless online chat... |

Definitely. Especially the younger ones...
I don't really expect people to show up all ghe time so I plan meets around my journey to get the shopping done   |

That’s the problem for myself I’m not always available for the socials because I work weekends but that’s a great way of avoiding it |

Unfortunately time wasters have always been an issue on here but I agree that it's gotten worse recently. Where has the old fashioned meet up and if something happens cool and if it doesn't cool gone to. |

Too many messers on here lately both new and well verified. Even doing socials is a waste as show for social then ghost for play. Used to be fun but increasingly more effort than it's worth sometimes |

Tell me about it, they have no problems crossing boundaries or ability to read messages
I took time out because I got tired of the bolloxoligy, then the same dudes who were meant to meet would message me a week later asking how am I .
Do they live in a parallel universe or haven't any memory span lasting more than the time it takes to send a mail.
Then you have the guy's telling me, I'm not like all the rest of those lads I say I'll meet ill meet...
They then do the same as all the rest, then you have the other type of guy who's saying he's not like the guy's who say they're not like those guy's and they do the same, and so on .
You can't be up to them, oh and theres the guy who on Thursday said he's single, then a week later saying he's attached, you say I thought you said you're single. They say no I never said I'm single lol pmsl scroll down and there it is, same guy in a few previous messages saying they're not attached and single...
I only do spontaneous meets now, no more planning they are either going to get their asses into their cars and call out or fuck off lol

OP there have always been timewasters but lately there definitely seems to be an increase...it is really putting me off meeting new people. Total waste of my time!
I think I will stick to my usual plan of only meeting new people at socials

Those days are well gone I think!

Ironically when I was an admirer myself I'd always turn up, it's being a man and standing by my word.
Although I could have missed a few meets because a guy being intense puts me off too, it's hard to get the balance.
But I'll admit I have standards, and guys tend to approach sometimes as if I'm a nympho and easy, far from it....

Same. Met a guy for a social and got on great but then he let me down when it came to meeting up for play. Didn’t even text which I think is so rude, so I was left sitting here. At least make up an excuse but don’t waste someone’s time  |

That's exactly what I do now too. If they want to meet me they can go to the dv8 Sunday social. No ticket or invite needed. How easier could it be like. So many time wasters. |

It is unfortunate when people go to considerable expense (financially and time wise) to organise meets and this kind of thing happens.
The reality and fantasy of swinging are two very different things as the majority of us know, plus the fact that this site allows many fantasists to set up profiles is a hard thing to challenge.
So why wouldnt people become disheartened by it....
